Noureen DeWulf was born on 28 February 1984 on the 28th of February, 1984 in New York City. She's always displayed a keen enthusiasm for becoming an actress. In her time at the School of the Arts of Boston University, Noureen began to establish the basis of her future career. Noureen auditioned for a variety of roles immediately after her graduation. She was cast in 2005. was cast as a key character in the film West Bank Story. West Bank Story was screened in other film festivals all across the globe following its premier at Sundance Film Festival 2005. It also received an Oscar to be the Best Live Action Short Film at the 79th Academy Awards in 2007 and further boosted her career.
