Richard Bruce Cheney, son of Richard Herbert Cheney & Marjorie Lauraine Dickey was born on January 30, 1941, in Lincoln Nebraska. At the age of 13, Richard moved his family out of Nebraska and moved to Casper where his dad was Director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture local district for soil conservation.
